What visa types do you sponsor?
We typically support the EB-3 Immigrant Visa (Green Card) for permanent placement and long-term employment in the U.S. In some cases, TN visas (for Canadian/Mexican nationals) and H-1B pathways may be discussed depending on eligibility and client needs.
No, you can apply before passing the NCLEX. We provide NCLEX support, prep materials, and coaching after your eligibility and application have been reviewed. However, passing the NCLEX is required before your final placement and visa processing can move forward.
Yes. Our visa sponsorship includes support for eligible dependents such as spouses and children under 21 years of age. We will help guide you through the documentation and visa options that allow your family to join you in the U.S.
The average timeline from application to arrival in the U.S. is 6 to 12 months, depending on factors such as credential verification, NCLEX prep, and visa processing. We’ll provide a custom timeline after reviewing your profile.

No upfront cost is required to join our program. If selected, most placement-related expenses (visa filing, credentialing, and relocation) are covered or reimbursed by Alto Health or our facility partners.
